I have a 2015 AWD Toyota RAV4 with 4500 miles. I need to replace 1 tire so I need to have all 4 tires the same brand?

You don't need to but I strongly suggest you use exactly the same size OF COURSE along with the same manufacture as the other 3 tires..

I would replace with the same brand. AWD vehicles can be sensitive to differences in tire size. Tires of different brands can have variations in their actual size even if the listed tire size is the same. Get the same brand, size and model of tire that the vehicle has on the other 3 wheels.

Any quality tire is OK. No specific brand but I like Michelin, Goodyear and Bridgestone.
