Snow issues

Question type: General

I have a problem getting around in the snow. I
figured with my car being a front wheel drive and
heavy it wouldnt be a issue. However my house is
on top of a hill and when we get snow I have to
park a block away and walk because I cant get up
my driveway. Any suggestions. Would you happen
to know if there is anywhere I can look up the
specs on it to see if I need to trade it in?

Either live with it, move or trade for an all wheel drive vehicle with winter or snow tires.

You would think a front wheel drive car would get around pretty good in the snow. I live in the U.P. of Michigan and have a front wheel drive car, (Chevy Impala) with great tires. Well not impressed at all. Give me a 4X4 any-day, which I have, just can't beat it in the snow. Now I use to have a 1966 2 wheel drive truck with about 4 to 500 lbs in the back, boy could I go threw the crap with that!

    Hello,On this site, it says the max tow for a 2012 cx9 Touring is 3500 lbs. Some other sites say it can only tow 2000 lbs. Does anybody here know the towing rate? Thank you,Ken
