Where's the fuel pump located

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was told I needed a fuel pump and its supposed
to be in the fuel tank? My question is,  is there an
access from inside the van floor?

Look for a removable access door above the fuel tank. If there isn't one you will have to drop the tank.

Yes it's between the seats flat panel and under that a fuel panel cover three screws. I did do the fuel pump replacement from the top. Did drop tank down just a little don't take the bolts completely out. Pump ring is hard to get off bit a slotted screwdriver and hammer did the job. And the connection at fuel pump dose like to burn you may have to replace it.
