My Toyota Sienna won’t turn off

I have the same problem with my 2013 sienna se. Randomly wont turn off. Usually about once a month. Did you figure it out?

I figured out it was stuck in accessory mode, I don’t know how or why but we just kept trying to turn it off until eventually it worked.

Our van does it periodically (usually once a month) where it WON'T turn off. I have to spark the ignition to turn of the engine. (Not a healthy option for my starter) Then our check engine light will turn on for a period of time and then will go off by itself. I dont know if its the accessory mode but I'll check it out.
