Alignment problem Toyota Sienna 2015

Problem with front tires worn off on my 2015 Sienna
Van. Brought to the dealer they told me I must hit
something and causes the the alignment problem.
They told me to better take the car to collision
center and file insurance. I m so upset that 2nd new
caf brought from dealer has alignment problem.

Rough roads are heck on front end alignment. Hitting the curb is a really good way to knock your car out of alignment.
