Mileage on this vehicle? Any Warning Lights ON ...Dash? Does the Owner's Manual describe a Reset Procedure for these functions?

39000. No warnings. Can't find any reset directs in book or online. Did soft reset by pushing in volume. Nothing and was told disconnecting the battery for ten minutes. But didn't work

Ok...unfortunately I believe this issue will need to be diagnosed and repaired at the Dealership level. I suspect a Factory Scan Tool will be required to properly diagnose the system. You might try negotiating some sort of a "Deal"....considering your vehicle is only slightly above the warranty About the only thing you can do is check the fuses protecting this system. I seem to remember Radio Fuses #1 and #2. Also...there might be Factory Service Bulletins addressing this very issue. Keept us informed concerning the ultimate fix. Good Luck.
