what tires can I use so the front of my car is higher from the ground?
The front of my car is low and that causes it to hit/scrape when parking in public places due to the concrete bar on parking lots. I wish my car was about 2 inches higher in front. That might solve the problem.

You cannot lift your car that much with tires. The most you can realistically gain is a 1/4" or so.

Dude that is wrong. You only get half of that lift which would be 0.4".
Tall tires are like having a tall gear ratio which will make your car noticeably slower off the line.
