Hestitation on turning left or right

Help!! My 2015 Toyota 4600 miles purchased new and there is a hesitation
when pulling out doing right-hand turn and the engine is shutting down as if
no gas getting through. Same thing on left-hand turns. Scott Clark, Charlotte
NC claims they have had no complaints. I come to Guru and find a lot of
complaints. Toyota knows the problem exists but does not want to fix the
problem because it is money.
