Is the pre qualified legit?

Question type: General

I was pre qualified with Capital One but when I
went on their website to see the offer it wasn't
there. I never received an offer code which is 9
digits. The code I have is an 8 digit one for the
dealer to enter.  Is this a legit pre qualify or not
because I couldnt get pre qualifies through the
capital one website

You would have to check with Capital One, this area is public for asking car repair questions. also try to email user_support@cargurus.com
