How do I test a windshield wiper motor to see if it needs replaced?

Asked by Mizzy May 18, 2013 at 06:38 PM about the 1995 GMC Sonoma 2 Dr SL Standard Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The wipers on my 1995 GMC Sonoma are working sporadically.  Sometimes they stop in
the up position, sometimes somewhere else.  Sometimes they don't stop at all and other
times, they don't start.  I would like to fix this correctly and only once.  Any ideas?

There is an active recall for that issue with your vehicle. Might want to check with a dealer near you about possibly getting yours fixed
