Oil change

No need to change anything. Just run what you have used before. Tom and I are in 100% agreement.
I use 5W-20 as specified by Ford in my 2002 F150 with 183,000 miles and also in my 2003 Expedition with 172,000 and NO oil consumption issues.

After looking in our NAPA system your vehicle seems to use 5w-20 motor oil but because you are over 75,000 miles I would recommend our High Mileage NAPA brand oil. It's better on engines over 75,000 miles and for walk in customers it's a lot cheaper than other brands. It's like I tell our customers, you're really just buying the bottle and name. Other than that, I would recommend that you not use oil with a different viscosity then this because 5w-20 is the recommended oil for you to use in that particular vehicle.
Prove your NAPA crapola is better for high mileage vehicles. I want to see it in writing.
