Which Fuel should I use?

I purchased a used 2015 Ford Focus
HATCHBACK SE. inside the gas fill door it
says “E-85”. However; the owner’s manual
says to use 87 octane lead-free gasoline. Can
I switch between the two fuels?

You can. The fuel cap is telling you the vehicle can use E85 fuel OR 87 octane unleaded gasoline. Hope that helps! Jim
