Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

My friend left car with me and left united states assuming he will return shortly.
But he is not returning anytime soon and he wants me to sell his car. he still

If you really want to take this on you should contact his lender and your states DMV. To do this legally you probably need a power of attorney. The simplest way to do this would be for your friend to pay off the car and get the title. He could then sign the car over to you so that you could sell it.

Do research on what the car is worth and find out what the minimum is that your friend will accept. If he has a realistic idea of the car value you could proceed. It he wants too much I would decline.

You can sell his car but as F_o_r said you might need poa from him to do so and you can't do that thru docusign.
