front air not working. I can feel distinct cold or hot when adjusting temp but no air will blow. Rear air works good no problem there. Could it be a fuse?

I just had the same problem pop up on my 2016 Ford Expedition EL Limited with 120k miles. I checked the same wire bundle under the glove box to the right and discovered it as the source of my problems. It turns out that the purple wire in that bundle is not well connected. I am going to have a mechanic look into taking that whole bundle out and having an Electronics guy insert the wire in that connection better. Or I may zip tie the bundle up higher. It's really easy to kick that wire bundle with your feet or any movement over in the front passenger footwell area. My rear air condition works 100% fine & all the fuses were good as I checked those out according to the previous posts. Thanks to you guys for showing me a solution.

I have this same problem. Front air goes out intermittently. Sometimes only works is passenger holds the wire bundle in place with their foot. I think something is wrong with the plug connection. How hard would it be to just replace that?

Im having the same issue. 2014 Limited... If I jiggle the plug, it will go on. But last time, I noticed the wires were very hot, so probably shorting. I unplugged it. May snip all four wires, and replace with a plug I found online with four wires sticking out. Or may follow wires to other end tomorrow.

I've solved my one by cleaning up the evaporator from dust by compressed air and help of endoscopy camera then replaced the blower speed resistor card. Thanks all

There's a wire harness with connector under the glove box and visible just above someone's right shoe sitting in the passenger side. The way the wires are crimped it starts to fail open over time, so the heater/AC just shuts off. I've had my daughter just push up with her toes pointed straight up and it goes back on. It's happening more often now and with a chicago winter coming, I'll need to just cut it out and splice a new one in. If one fan speed works and another doesn't, you definitely need to replace the fan motor resistor.

2014 Ford Expedition. Thank you all so much! I had this same issue and after reading this I went out, turned on the car, went over to the right footwell, looked underneath, saw tge wire connection to the resistor motor, pushed up on it, it clicked into place, and instantly the AC started working again! That saved me a trip to the mechanic. FYI I am a girl who knows very little about cars so this was awesome! Thank you.

Absolutely in my case is that plug connector under the glove box, passenger side, thank you all very much. Same symptoms as others, it was definitely cold in there but the blower would not kick on up front.

For me did a maintenance for evaporator thru the hole of blower fan after removing and also from blower speed module with special hand made tool using only copper pipe about 1/8" connected to compressed air, for about 2hrs. Then its running very well tell now
