71 super beetle blowing fuse

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 71 Super is blowing fuse #12 Everytime I use
the left turn signal and fuse #8(power from #30 on
emergency flasher relay) Everytime I pull the
emergency flasher. I have replaced the entire
wiring harness front and back and the relays and
also just put in a new emergency flasher switch
and am still having the same problem. Any ideas?
