Checking radiator level

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Drove 3000+ miles, on last 56 miles, temp outside dropped to -5,  heater was
not blowing hot. Car acted like it was going to die.  Kept running, how do I check
radiator fluid. Overflow is empty, how do I add coolant, what level?

keep adding fluid till full..get all the air out..yep you need water for that heater...and hope you didnt cook the engine any
