Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 hatchback we
changed out fuel pump cuz car wouldn't
start ran fine all day the next day my car
died again like it was starving for gas or air
so we changed the fuel filter car ran fine
after that then it's started to bog down and
kinda backfired under the hood area like it
was still starving for gas or air then cleared
up again got back to the house and sat in
car with the a/c on and it started acting up
again wanting to stall and acted like it was
starving for gas or air again so I shut it off
can't figure out what else could be wrong
with it please help ??????

Did you measure the fuel pressure before or after replacing the fuel pump? My guess is no.

So far car is running fine today I just don't understand what's going on seems like it hesitates when taking off but when I feather the gas pedal it picks up speed and stops shuddering

Changed ignition coil and she still wants to stall out on me like she's getting no or little air or maybe even gas gonna try to replace a pcv hose tomorrow to see if it's that if it's not that then I'm thinking caralidic converter

Found out finally after replacing the fuel pump fuel filter both o2 sensors 2xs pcv valve and hoses mass air flow sensor throttle body fuel pump module and checked the ground wire to that all this time it was the exhaust converter or cadallaic converter
