Brake System

Asked by GuruLRCXK Apr 22, 2019 at 10:30 PM about the 1999 Ford F-450 Super Duty Regular Cab DRW

Question type: General

I need to move my 1999 Ford F-450 Super Duty Truck.  Does the engine need to be running to have any type of brakes?  I was thinking I could use the emergency brakes and keep the brake handle pulled out to keep it from rolling away from me.  It does have an automatic transmission.  I only need to move it approximately 100 yards.  Can you advise?
