Meet the buyer in person to transfer the title. Being able to buy things online and Covid have changed the landscape of car buying with more people thinking it's better to buy sight unseen and have a vehicle shipped to them.

Did they ask you to ship the car? Make sure you have cash in hand otherwise it may be a scam.
