Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought this car cheap for it stalled, wait five minutes then it would start. I cleaned the mass air sensor it seemed to have solve that problem. Now it refuses to start. Cranks good new battery, It has fuel at the rail, no spark at the plug. Made an appointment with dealer to check it out however it seem I will have to tow it.

Only 1 of 2 possibilities... 1. CKP crankshaft position sensor. 2. check main Computer fuse Volvo calls it ECM? make sure all the ground straps to the firewall are there and clean, tight ... Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down. Volvo Dealer $175 for a NO start diagnostic. repair approx $468
