1994 gmc sonomano power to fuel relay or injectors

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
i have tested the relay and its good, but no power to the block where it plugs in and no power to the TBI injectors. replaced fuel pump, ignition switch, and ecm but still no power, it has spark from coil to distributor and to the plugs, will crank up if gas is squirted into the TBI but will backfire.

I have the same problem. I replaced the ignition coil and the fuel pump is new, I did a wiring bypass from the pump to the fuse pannel (i plugged the wire into the power windows fuse since i don't have power windows and it turns on as soon as the key is turned so the pump will start automatically too). The truck fired right up, no problem. I checked the relay switch and it was good but there was no power going to the grey wire on it. so i'm assuming it's a wiring problem. I did read in other forums it could be the oil pressure sensor- my oil guage goes up and down. I'm buying one today and installing it so i can keep you updated to see if it solves the issue. otherwise for a temp fix i recomend the wire bypass. I drove an 2 hours round trip yesterday and had no issues.
keeping an eye on this to see if that fixes your problem. im waiting for a new fuel pump and a sending unit to come in now for this truck

I changed the oil pressure sensor and the truck started right up! The oil gauge is no longer at the 40 or lower mark! I'm keeping the bypass wire hooked up (not plugged into the fuse) just in case it dies again but the truck runs and sounds great after all of these changes. The part only cost me $20 from advanced auto (if you sign up for their emails you get some great discounts. it was $26)
haven't changed that sensor out but i did get the new fuel pump and sending unit in the truck. now the injectors wont pulse the fuel into the motor. thinking that there might be some other wiring issue that i haven't found yet
i have changed that sensor and the prom chip..... still having the same issues
