repair issue with ford explorer, fuel pump related.

just had the fuel pump replaced. losss of horsepower, slight whining noise at
acceleration, especially uphill.

Could be installed incorrectly or the wrong pump, wrong fuel strainers, plugged fuel filters, collapsed fuel hoses or damaged fuel lines,fuel pump wiring or voltage problems.
