Can I sell a car that is still owned by the bank?

Asked by CONG Nov 28, 2018 at 10:29 AM about the 2016 Kia Sorento LX V6 AWD

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

So I still owe the bank $8300 on the car. Does Cargurus offer a way that would
ensure the buyer that I will use the sale proceeds to pay off the car and give
him/her the Title afterward? Or do I have to pay it off now and hold the Title in
my hand before even listing the car here?

You could do the transaction at your lenders office. You can also use the Secure Private Party option.
