How do you tell if the battery in the fob is dead?

I had to use the keyless entry  . . the dash said no key. . . had the fob in my
hand.  Went to a dealership and they changed the battery in the fob. . . even though the first battery was test and it was full.  Is there a light on the dash that
would tell me the fob battery is low?

Sometimes batteries in FOBs cause some weird problems. Did the new battery fix it? Did you read the owner's manual?

Did they replace BOTH batteries in the FOB? They have 2.
