Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

This car of mine has been listed for some time on your website without a VIN
as your site will not allow it to be posted.  If I cannot correct this immediately I
will post the car on another website

The most common mistakes when posting a VIN are trying to use the letters O, I, and Q. These three letters are not used beginning in 1981. Number zero is often mistaken for the letter O and the number one is often mistaken for the letter I. Hope that helps! Jim

Also check the Help link, and search reject VIN. there are other reasons why a certain VIN won't work.
