Can you please be a bit more specific? "cut off when parking"? If you describe your trouble in detail it will help us try to figure out what is going on. Thanks.

1994....rubber parts will degrade, if in constant service and exposed to oil...constantly. Going to have to say you have a vacuum leak that increases when the wheel is turned...perhaps the motor mounts are compromised, vacuum lines made of butyl rubber are deteriorating, recommend replacing them with silicone: summit racing has them: http://www.summitracing.com/search/Part-Type/Hoses- Miscellaneous/Fluid-Type/Vacuum/? autoview=SKU&keyword=Silicone&mbid=516876&gclid=COGawPv_tb YCFbE-MgodjDkAMA

you know richboy (probably 46 years old) you can find a vacuum leak by using an unlit propane torch, by starting the engine, then waving the propane torch (unlit) over the suspected leak, when the rpm's increase, boy, howdy there's your leaker~
