5.7 350 problems

Asked by Hunter Apr 28, 2016 at 08:56 AM about the 1994 GMC Yukon SLE 2dr 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 94 Yukon runs perfect in gear, it can be revved
wide open while in park but when put in gear it idles
down low and when you give it gas it tries to die or
dies unless you feather it out. Changed plugs 2
days ago. Need help

Change fuel filter and add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank. Also use a higher octane gas occasionally if you use the low octane gas all the time.

Sometimes it idles bad in park when you first start it until you rev it up for a few minutes

Change the fuel filter and get the fuel pressure checked.
