"Featured Listing" display order and pricing of "Featured Listing"

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

2 questions: 1. site would not provide pricing info (ie: low, good, high).  Car is standard 2016 BMW640i w/ M sport pkg.  Other similar vehicles have pricing guidance.  This drops my ad down to page 3 or 4.  Next Question: I paid for ad to be "featured" but without pricing guidance, it falls to page 3 or 4.  Kind of sucks.  Can you tell me how much I paid to have my ad "featured"...I recall 19.95 or 29.95...+4.95 ad fee.  Just saw a charge of 49.00 on my cc.
