Does a Ford F-350 power stroke 6.7 L B20 have a cab air conditioner filter. Air not blowing very well on high

Up until 2017, Ford has not installed a cabin air filter into their super duty pickups. From my understanding, there is a piece of plastic mesh to prevent larger debris from entering the HVAC system. If the air is not coming out strong, likely needs the screen to be cleared
