CarGuru information not accurate- how often does this happen?

But when you look up info on the car it's obvious to see that's not true. How
is the dealer able to hide the vehicle's past?

You can report the ad. This website doesn't have the ability to run vehicle histories, accident reports, carfax, etc. Just like any website, you can find good deals but there are those who will lie and try to upsale their junk. Report them and keep searching and wish you the best and hope you find what you're looking for.
