I have a 94 Sonoma SLS Vortec 4.3 V6 W engine and it had the same problem! There are two common causes. Bad ground and relay problems. On my 94 under the ashtray was 2 relays one for the horn and one for the fuel pump. I replaced both while I was in there and have had no more problems!
