Why I am loosing gas mileage?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Bought brand new 2016 Tucson Eco 1.6 Turbo AWD.
For 3 years gas mileage was great (average always 30 - 32 mpg including
75+mph/ city / mix). Last 10 months gas mileage declining and it's worsening
constantly. Now I have 75000 miles. I can barely make 27 on freeway and 23
in town.
Whats going on?

Time for a tune up? Basic maintenance? Worn transmission/clutch? (wear on the lock up clutch can cost you gas mileage on highway.) Old brake hoses can cause brakes to drag as well. (Brake fluid can't fully return to master cylinder, leaving pressure in caliper and causing brakes to be applied slightly.) Also are you using original size tires/rims? Some people swap out to larger/smaller rims then wonder why their gas mileage changed.
Thanks. Yes, I see now that spark plugs should be changed at 45 K miles ( I have 75500 with no change)
