or sensor failing ,bank 2 sensor 2. burn a long hill wide open at lower gear restrain with brake up hill , light that catalyst up its self cleaning like a sears oven! avoid other traffic

after bypass,light will come on unless front 02s are tapped in and if rear sensor equipped must hang in air,maby slight resistance added to rear if not yet code clear
