Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2016 Cadillac Escalade alarm goes of randomly, different times, different
places. Two visits to the local dealership, and still problem not resolved. We've
checked all window contacts, all windows and doors closed and latches
secured, tried motion sensor off and on, not pets birds or bugs inside, parked
inside/parked outside, still random alarms.

Replaced key fob battery last week with high hopes, but that didn't fix the problem. Still troubleshooting. Thanks!

GuruMJ72R turns out there was a wire contact problem on the rear hatch glass. Dealership replaced the rear hatch window, problem solved!
