I have agreed to pay the price listed on CarGarus and the dealer wante to mark it up 999 Dealer Fee and 399 Filing Fee.

The vehicle that was listed on Cargurus.com with the VIN and Carfax report are NOT the vehicle the dealership sold me from the ad. It was a different VIN same model year...DIFFERENT VEHICLE.....What can I do??
