Problem finalizing sale on vehicle

I have agreed to pay the price listed on CarGarus and the dealer wante to mark
it up 999 Dealer Fee and 399 Filing Fee.

Walk away! Those are ridiculous money gouging mark ups!! Jim

Tell him because you are a nice guy you will give him $50. He is actually doing you a favor because a used SRX is not a good buy.
