Did you check fuel pump pressure, is it at the needed amount and does stay there for awhile?

Also u can rent a noid tester to see if electrical pulse is being sent to them to operate.

Haven't used noid tester yet, but I have 12.20 volts going to the connectors. Would that be right? 12.20 volts or should it fluctuate with a pulse?

I'm not really sure of actual voltage, although I don't think its that high. The idea is it even receiving voltage, noid tester will tell u that. But again check gas pressure too.
