Will coverage III of the extended warranty cover the brake light issue?

I purchased the extended warranty from the dealership for
my 2016 Yukon slt.   In the pamphlet is said it would cover
electrical issues.  Being that the brake light is an actual
circuit board and not a bulb, wouldn't that be considered
electrical?
