If it has a chip in key it may have to be programmed to your computer in your car.

The theft light is flashing because the PATs system can not read your new keys. Unfortunately you are going to have to return to your dealer so they can program the new key to your PATs system in order for the transceiver to read then and allow the car to start. Good luck. Hope this helps.
