Cargurus IMV is a comparison of price, mileage, location , etc to other car ads and rates them. The more like vehicles for sale, they better the IMV. It's just a ballpark number when searching for a car. It doesn't take into consideration paint, and dents and overall condition, that's up to you to discern.
