My first suspect would be bad front wheel bearings. Hope that helps! Jim
Hi Ed. I had the exact same thing happen to me about a year ago. This prompted me to start a thread about the horrible telephone customer service representatives we have here!! I called and they were rude, refused to help me, and I got hung up on twice!! In my situation I was very concerned about my account being disabled for no reason because my job had recently fired an employee for hacking into the company's computer system. Supposedly no personal information was compromised. But shortly before I had my account disabled here another coworker had their bank account hacked. We all use direct deposit. It was a VERY LONG weekend until I finally got some answers from customer service by emailing them. Like you, everything before October of last year that I've ever posted is gone, going back eight years!! Plus my avatar picture was gone too! That picture was from another Cargurus friend who passed away. I had the picture up to honor his memory and his contributions to the forum! Like you I realize these are real people asking real questions and as volunteers we deserve some kind of respect! Especially long timers, like you and I, who give our time and knowledge to help strangers for free! I hope you will reconsider leaving the forum! I've read a lot of your posts and you're a knowledgable car guy! We need people like you here!! Jim
