What can i do to avoid this?

i have a 2016 jeep cherokee and i put a brand new battery in it because this
problem has happened 1 other time to me. i tried starting my car and now it
doesnt have any juice. i have to jump start it everytime i turn the car off

You have a parasitic draw, have the electrical system tested to find the culprit. Usually a switch or wiring issue is shorting out causing the draw.

well i had this issues a few months ago and i replaced the battery with an expensive one and it was all great. idk what it is that i try and turn it on and it just wants to start and then no power
