Post still "pending"

My post is still pending after 24 hours. How long till approval?

I also received an email a few hours ago informing me that one of my
pictures was removed as "your image does not include a a car or truck". I
don't mind it being removed as there are another 12 pictures, but it was a
picture of my car's interior.

A listing may be pending for a number or reasons: If it has just been submitted, it will display a PENDING status and it may take a while for it to become live on our search engine.
