2016 Chrysler town and country

The rear turn signal not working, I replaced it and not
working. I figured to move the left one over to the right side
to see if its something else and the bulb is completely
different.  I've never heard of this. Anyone have any ideas
why it might still be not working, but also why would 5th
here be 2 different bulbs.
