When AC is on, cold air on driver side vents, hot air on passenger side vents.

I have a 06 Silverado that does the same periodically . If you have duel climate control, that adjust temp for you passenger different than drivers , then it's going to be your AC/Heat climate control motor. It's behind the dash so mechanic labor is $500- 600, Dealership is $800-$1000 to replace. Part cost only 80-120. If mine trips the heat on to one side, I just pull over somewhere safe and switch the truck off then back on. This always fixes it for the rest of the trip to blow cold air on both sides.
