New Focus ST or Fiesta ST

I am looking to buy either a new Ford
Focus ST3 or a Fiesta ST.
I have tested both and really like the Focus
as it's more family friendly,but am put off
by the massive drop in value for the first
few years and someone had told me the
Focus is more difficult to handle and the
the back can go.
Is the Fiesta a better car?
Any ideas as I'm really confused.

Thank you I will have another think about it. The 15 plate car seems to have lost about 5-6K in the first year.
I currently have my 3 door Ford Fiesta on a 2 year Ford options and it's coming to an end soon. I am taking early retirement and had set my heart on the sporty Fiesta with all it's fab reviews but I'm now thinking of keeping this car long term and also want to keep the family happy as they moan every time they squeeze in the back of the Fiesta.

I have an ST and couldn't be happier! It is a nightmare pulling my one year old from the carseat though. I wouldn't reccomend if you have little one still in a car seat. I bump my head on the door frame alot. The fiesta was on our radar to, but love the trunk space in the focus for stroller, cooler, it packs in alot of stuff. That RS though...came out right after we got the ST...such a gorgeous ride! Good luck!
