I bought a 2016Range Rover Sport HSE
Supercharged, used with only 2,000 miles.
I got a message from dealer saying my car
had been all set to go with  the In Control
Apps & In Control Apps Premium were
good to go . Called AT&T which is only
carrier for the Connected Car.  They said I
needed to find the micro or mini simm
card. Cannot find it anywhere. Manual says
it is on driver side on lower front facia. Still
cannot find it.  Called dealer & they said I
definitely have an engine block heater,
remote start & a plethora of other goodies.  
Can anyone tell me where to find this
darned chip, if it's not where manual says
it is? I thank you for any help

Look in the center console to see if it is there. It may be in a card slot.

It's probably in the rear cargo compartment. That's where I found my box. Open the vented panel on the left side. It should be in the top right corner
