Is it advisable to buy Prepaid Maintenance and Wheel & Tire Warranty while Leasing Mercedes Benz for 36 Months

Depends on how much the cost of 'warranty' is, and every lease I every heard of the maintenance is included. A lease is just a long term rental, it's not really your car. The dealer will do maintenance in their own interest to keep it tip-top Besides, tires are warranted by the tire manufacturer - not the car dealer. Something is not quite kosher here... it sounds like the dealer is just trying to get deeper in to your wallet for nothing. So bottom line in my opinion is no.

I have fairly recently leased several vehicles. Maintenance is not included on any of them. Leased vehicles were as follows...2005 Acura TL, 2008 Honda Ridgeline, 2013 Ford F150 4x4. Prepaid maintenance was not included with my recently acquired 2014 Lincoln MKZ CPO. Mercedes will be very costly in the maintenance department. I would consider the cost and possible shop around for a German / European independent repair shop and compare the costs with the Mercedes dealership before making a decision.

OK Bob I stand corrected. I leased a 1998 Ford Ranger, my 1976 F250 is not all that dependable as a daily driver -- and maintenance was included in the deal. I guess these days are different than the 90's.

Fordnut, I think there are some vehicles that the maintenance is included in the lease and / or purchase. BMW maybe one of those. I would think long and hard about leasing a Mercedes as they seem to have their share of reliability problems. They have according to reviews made them much better than a few years ago.

For me, ABSOLUTELY! 2016 MB has to go to the dealer for EVERYTHING. Only the dealer can even change oil. This car is really great but for maintenance. I was going to buy the E-350 until I found out the cost of labor and parts, even with the factory warranty. Talked to a couple of owners and they both said to buy the extra warranty. It covers everything, even wearing out the tires to soon! Burn out all you want. lol. I didn't consider leasing as I put about 40-45000 miles a year on so this was a lot less expensive way to go.
