My daughter just bought a car from Carvana, and we are having a variety of
issues.  Would appreciate any feedback relative to your experience with
SilverRock, the company that provides Carvana's warranty services.

Why would ask that question on Cargurus? Cargurus is a research an ad site. They do not sell vehicles nor deal with warranties of any kind. Search for reviews on Silverock online. Most used car warranties by third party companies are worth less when you try to actually use them. They will give you every excuse in the book, not to pay out.

We had so much trouble at our Ford dealership with aftermarket warranty companies not paying that we will not honor them anymore.
