Is there a aftermarket wiper Motor with
washer assembly kit available

Ya I'm sure there is aftermarket, but I would check the connections to the wiper motor, make sure they are clean, and make sure it is grounded good. Take the motor off and clean the mounting surfaces where the motor mounts.
