Can I replace 205 60 r16 tires with 205 50 r16 on a 2005 Honda accord.

The results of this calculator are based on the mathematical equations of the sizes entered, not the actual tire specs provided by the tire manufacturers. Please refer to the guides supplied by manufacturers for exact specifications. Not for use with high flotation sizes, i.e. 31x10.50R-15. size is being run now 205 /60 R- 16 compared to 205 /50 R- 16 If your speedometer reads: 65 You're going approximately: 60.92 mph Here is a link for you: http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.do

I just got a 2008 honda accord, tire size is 225 50R17, i have a friend who has 205 55R16 blizzard tires, also factory honda rims with 215 60R16 all season. Would they work on my car?
